- Outbound traffic of connections tunnelled through the web proxy (SSL) cannot be controlled by web filters due to restrictions of ISA Server. This makes shaping impossible. Monitoring open tunnelled connections, you will always see 0 in the transferred bytes amount column. You can learn this amount only on connection closure, and this allows to use this data in counting used traffic. For such connections not to influence much the outgoing channel load, it is recommended not to open too many ports for SSL tunnelling. (Bandwidth Splitter has a utility to edit the properties of such ports. See Additional Utilities.)
